The bag is beautiful and has many great features but we bought it BEFORE we got the dog. We were scammed and lost money from a breeder out of Chicago. We finally rescued a Senior dog from the Humane Society two days ago but the bag seems a bit small. We are so disappointed. Now what ?

I love the jet setter. Even more important, my little Havanese loves it. She sits in it and she looks out the windshield and both side windows. When she gets tired she lays her little head down. I have recommended it to numerous of my friends with small dogs.
I haven’t even mention customer service. Your customer service is fantastic!

We are over the moon with the Jetsetter Bag! The thoughtful design and quality of the vegan leather is top notch. A big plus is that it is a secure car seat as well. It has pockets for all of the goodies and a slip to secure to your suitcase while rolling around the airport. There is a plushy washable insert and a place for hot/cold packs to keep temperature perfect. All sides have flaps with screen-door options Oh and it comes with a matching teather!

This is a great quality solution for carrying a small dog in any vehicle. We use it in our GMC truck and Lexus. Our maltipoo, JoJo, loves it and is much more comfortable during our rides. Only issue is that one of the carry strap metal clips fell apart twice. Luckily parts were found in the bag and I was able to reinstall. Just not sure if it’ll be reliable in the future. Other than that I’d highly recommend this bag to anyone!

I love this bag and so does my chihuahua. So much so that we bought one in white and black. As soon as she gets in the car, she immediately jumps into her bag/car seat, and we zip her up for safety. It’s also great for taking her to restaurants, on the boat, golf cart, airplane (love the wide side strap that secures the bag to a suitcase), or anywhere, especially if we need to be discreet. It’s her comfort/safe place.

Beautiful bag! Excellent quality. Good sturdy zippers. Nice heavy “leather”. Pocket is roomy. Love the gray color. A couple of things I would change - I ordered the largest bag. I have a 2 and 1/2 pd maltese. Its just about to short for her. She cant sit up w the top closed. Also would like it better to have only Mesh on at least one side so that it isnt so obvious its a dog bag - the hanging, unzipped flap is a dead give away. Also the top leather flap is so thick it is cumbersome to roll it out of the way. Even w those things I am happy I bought the bag. Its a beauty!!

We love these bags ! Please make more colors !! Mocha, Sage, Aubergine, Mauve ... all fun neutral leaning colors... I would buy them. We go everywhere together and she is picky about what she will go in. I can't get her to go in other purse/carriers. She is a bit claustrophobic and is afraid of them, but she plays, hangs out, rides and sleeps in a ZuGo. She also adores the blanket that goes with it. I am so happy that I found this company and I recommend ZuGo products to everyone !! Wonderful in every way possible : )

The Jetsetter is the perfect size for Briggs. He loves to sit by us when we go places and this carrier lets him do so safely. We love its versatility and sturdy design. It's an awesome carrier! Nadia loves her new comfy Jetsetter car seat carrier/ pet carrier! After she had a test drive around the neighborhood , she was ready for a road trip. I went and ordered her the harness to go with her car seat and the blanket. Shipping was fast ! After adding the blanket and harness she was all set for her road trip. The blanket was so soft and she just laid right down and enjoyed her trip. It's easy to set up and take out to carrier her in. Love the Jetsetter carrier/car seat! It's well made and love the option of adding cooling pads. Nadia weighs five pounds at two and half years old. She is 13 inches from nap of neck to base of tail. She has plenty of room to move. The Jetseter is fantastic, my Sissy, a Chihuahua cross is able to see where we are going and be safe in case we stop in an emergency, and she looks cute between the front seats in the car. We love it, a bit priced!

Princess has ridden on my lap for 8 years, for our safety I purchased this car seat thinking I just threw away my money, that she would never stay in it!! To my surprise she loves it and will get in it on command! I do feel safer maybe she does too!

Really love this for the car and for long trips since we are military. It does collapse a bit though once it gets used a couple of times. we are going to try and get some sort of thing covered wood or plastic fitted to the inside of it to keep it from collapsing. Then we can just put her pillow on top of it during travel. When out of the car we can easily remove that insert if we want to carry her around. She gets anxiety if shes being closed in on. It worked out great because the color just happened to match the leather seats in our new SUV

I love it! Shea, our 4 lb. min pin traveled comfortably in her new “car home”! She is hooked to both headrests and is placed proudly on the armrest. I did add a blanket for a little more comfort but she’s happy and I’m happy!

I don't post reviews, however I will make an exception. So I have to admit I was looking for a 'guy' bag with guy stuff because the last one was putting a dent in my seat because it was stiff. My wife got this because we were going on vacation and taking Monroe (dog) with on the plane. So she showed me the tags and it hanging between the seats and I thought thats nice.... Well Monroe had found his new happy place, so what the heck I'll try it in the car. No more dents and the soft sides are great because it isn't uncomfortable in the car. So now my husband doesn't mind carrying a pink bag! I picked it for the features and softness of the bag for a flight. I had no intentions of ever using it other than for traveling. But Rapter (Yes that is his name) knows how to pick a bag too, LOL. He no longer is in my lap, but no longer whines and cries because he is still close to me. I am obsessed with this bag. I travel frequently and this is the most comfortable bag for me to carry and Bella has abandoned her bed to sleep in it. My yorkie Button loves this bag! We take it everywhere. He always knows when I'm about to leave the house and immediately jumps in. This is the only bag he's ever taken a liking to like this one. I also I was surprised to see that the white bag is very easy to clean. I use the soft side of a sponge with soap and water. Will definitely be ordering again from you someday.

My beersie loves her Zugopet bag. She has enough room so she can move around yet doesn't fall all over the bag while I'm carrying her like the other flat bottom bags. I love the size, the functions and that this dog bag is vegan friendly! This bag also has two pockets where you can put in heating of cooling bags. Such a great idea! I recommend getting the blanket that they have as well. It matches the pillow case and it's so soft! Love using it as a car seat. It doesn't use up a seat and I can still use my center console which is really convenient. Great design! So happy I found it. Thanks

My bugzie loves it! This bag is so stylish! It's everything I could as for in a bag and more! I love that it's really easy to take in and out of the car. No hassle, you just unclip both ends.
